You will be working on a variety of many dynamic web-based projects, that will constantly challenge and reward your creativity. These include creating a variety of Wordpress Blogs with Themes and Plugins, Getting them Going on the Web with Domain Names and Hosted Correctly, Modify Sites on Demand, Apply Modules Such as Aweber Autoresponder Code, Use Automated Tools to Push Out Articles to Article Sites for SEO, Integrate Sites to Scoial Networking, and Driving Traffic to the Sites Using Various Article, PR, SEO, Squidoo and other Traffic Generating Techniques. Additionally, Basic Photoshop/Graphics Skills are a Plus. This is a full time position and want to establish a contract with you that will last for 3 months, which after 3 months, a re-evaluation will commence for more pay and another long term contract. Here are the requirements of our skilled work force: *Required language: Fluent English (spoken and written) *Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or any field. *Applicants must be EXPERT at Wordpress Blogs and Plugins. Plugins Include Twitter, Autoresponder Code, *Applicants must be EXPERT WebMaster Duties and Hosting Management- Getting sites up, in the right directories, connected right, DNS, Forwarding and Masking, Registering Domains, Setting Up Hosting, etc This INCLUDES EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF cPanel and Plesk *Knowledge of How to Back Up All Sites and Restore If Necessary to Avoid Data Loss *Have design skills to make, modify or create blog templates for Wordpress *Understanding of Autoresponders (eg: Aweber, and the ability to integrate Opt-In Forms Into Wordpress Blogs) *Have Skype and Webcam to Communicate with the Team *Proactive attitude, takes lead on activities, creative solution-oriented happy person *Applicants must have high speed RELIABLE internet access and fast personal computer *Good Understanding of Social Networking (eg: Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, Onlywire, Google Friend Connect, and Related Wordpress Plugins *Good Understanding of Internet Traffic Methods Including Article Marketing, PR Release Writing, Squidoo, and other SEO Skills *Experience with Opt-Ins, Capture Pages, Squeeze Pages Highly Desireable *Any Copywriting and Web Marketing Knowledge a Plus *Research skills on the Internet *Basic Experience in PHP / MYSQL *Above Average in HTML *Data Feeds In Wordpress Blogs 40-50 hour work weeks expected, making, designing, fixing, and installing blogs. We do not want our staff taking outside (side) jobs that will interfere in getting our company’s work completed on time. This is a very interesting and multi-faceted job, very easy money for a GIFTED and EXCEPTIONALLY Talented Wordpress Expert & Web Master who really understands and knows how to work within Wordpress blogs, Plugins, Social Networking, Traffic Generation, and Some Graphics. You must be a team player, who is also coachable, trainable, and willing to solve problems on your own without hand holding. How You Will Be Paid: Payment will be twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of the month. Pay will be determined on experience and value, to be discussed.
