Need female voice for preschool app

Looking for a female voice comparable to the female voice in the video clips listed below to replace the male voice. The scripts are below in quotes. Wav files preferred. A sample of your voice would be appreciated The following will be cut and pasted to cover all permutations, but do as full sentences so as to get the proper inflection.
