I use Microsoft Word, OneNote, and Sharepoint Designer 2007. In sharepoint, I work in split mode, both in source code and in design. I repeatedly do these tasks and would like a key macro:
One key for each macro that allows me to select the text and then format:
Menu, Format, Paragraph, Spacing Before: 12, Spacing After: 12, press button OK
Format Font, Arial, 12 pt
Find/Replace Code = #_________ [this will vary] with #2F5496
After I select the text, the macro finds the paragraph mark or (^p) or line break and inserts ^p<br><br>
I would also like the option to change or add variables such as 12 pt font to 14 pt or the color codes in the Find/Replace macro above
