Imaging Project additional requirements - 2nd phase

I have a small project, that needs to be written in CSharp (c#) 2010. I need to identify and count predetermined images (Three Circular Shapes and Two Rectangles) on a streaming video image - Web Camera will be mounted above a conveyer to capture all the images on the conveyer belt. The image verification can be done post of the actual image capture as this will be stored on a daily basis. I can supply a video of the actual process to provide a source for the project. The outputs will be generated using the date and time stamp with frame no and shape identification and quantity. This output will be stored in a text file, based on a daily output. We would only initially consider this project to be a Proof of Concept stage, with possible extension of taking it further as a complete integrated quality solution, subject to client acceptance.
