Write An Excel Macro

The spreadsheet attached receives data from a piece of third party software using COM. It updates odds every 0.5 seconds. I would like an Excel macro that will copy and paste the Last Price Matched (column O, in Market sheet) for each horse into sheet 2 every 0.5 seconds to produce a list of odds in a column. At the same time the macro should also calculate a fast moving average and a slow moving average and insert the values in columns adjacent to the odds column in sheet 2. The fast moving average is the average of the last 20 odds values and the slow moving average is the average of the last 40 odds values. Obviously until 20/40 odds values are pasted it will not be possible to calculate the averages. The macro should also copy and paste the name of each horse from column A in Market sheet into row 1 of sheet 2. The end result will be 3 columns for each horse that update dynamically every 0.5 seconds. The layout should look like Sheet 2 of the attached spreadsheet. I have only done one horse as an example but the other horses should be next to this. The third party software will automatically switch to a new race at a specific time so when cell A1 of the Market sheet changes the macro should stop pasting the odds and calculating the moving averages and should clear the content of sheet 2 and then start again with the new horses, odds, moving averages, etc.
