3D Modeler needed for the team

Our team needs a 3D Modeler. Following skills are assumed: 1: Character Modeling and Animation. 2: 3D Content Creation (Tables, chairs, vehicles ...). 3: 3D Terrain Design. 4: 3D level designs for the games. Basically you would be required for game projects. Most preferably, you must know True Space 3D and Blender, but those having solid expertise in other 3D software like Max would also do. You would be given a 13% share in every project the team does and you participate as an active member and a 9% share in those projects in which you would not be active member (software projects and web designing projects). We are increasing the share for modelers to 10% for non-active part but that is only proposed. A bit about the team, we have just formed a team, already got projects worth $4500 on our shoulders so even if you got a non-active share, you would get $405 without doing anything. With the team, you would have golden opportunities and would work on large projects. Questions: Are you ready for a test? Or do you have previous samples to show us. Either one would do. Note: We are not asking for project bids. You would have to pay the scriptlance's commission so be concious in your bid. That amount would be your entry fees to the team.
