Our Real Estate Team in Florida is looking for a Part Time Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks and become an important part of our team!
Job Duties include:
-Creating & e-mailing weekly listing reports
- Creating Files & Uploading Documents in Transaction Management System (Skyslope)
-Entering listings into MLS
- Sending Documents to customers for e-signatures
- Email check ins with Title Companies & lenders
- Following Up for Feedback on Showings
- Ordering Marketing Materials

Previous Real Estate Administrative Experience is REQUIRED! Pay will be $3-$4 USD depending on experience. Video interview will be required prior to hiring.
