On going ROTOSCOPING Roto Scope jobs

We run a company that setups up green screen video at parties to insert party guests into a scene. We often have to edit the scene to make "room" for the guest. this usually means removing an actor then re-building the background. This post is a TEST PROJECT to find a reliable freelancer that we can use for all future projects. You can watermark the sample so that I can't use it without hiring you first. We are looking to do another MOV similar to PENGUINS. Could we REMOVE Chris Rock and add the guest in his place? The time we want the clip is from 1:50 to 1:56 and then the title after. [login to view URL] it would go as follows: --You see Cedric, Cedric says: “this is my town” --Then you see him and the journalist walking through the airport and he says to the guest (instead of Chris Rock): “anything you need…weed, drank, sizzurp…want some sizzurp?” --Then the title comes to the screen of TOP FIVE.
