Add Game Controls to my Unity Game

I have a Unity Game that needs 360 degree view control adding that works off the left joystick, mouse cursor and laptop trackpad. Arrow keys, right joystick and holding down A on Xbox should work for controlling the character running forward. Clicking on the trackpad, left mouse button or pulling the right trigger should fire the characters weapon. Right-clicking on the trackpad, right mouse button or pulling the left trigger should swap the characters animation file and state to a different weapon. I have the animation files for: Idle Walking Running Jumping Crouching Crawling Aiming Firing Swiping Changing Item Reloading Ideally it might be easier to have a list that I can drag and drop my animation files into, then a second list that allows to configure controls for the corresponding animations. In my game this needs to be configured for each character in the same way. So there needs to be a way for setting this up on a character basis.
