Voice recording in Spanish for 15-minute animated health education video

Need a producer, editor and Spanish voice actor for the audio portion of a 15 minute animated video. Work closely with a design team (Daylight Design), a software company (Blackbird) and a academic partner (Stanford University). Main Tasks: 1) Review existing health education translation for 65+ years, low health literacy Spanish-speaking population. Must be oriented towards older Mexican-Spanish speaking audience. 2) Studio quality recording of copy by single voice actor with emphasis on engaging the intended audience as a helpful, knowledgeable compatriot helping them navigate the complex issue of whether to take blood thinners for atrial fibrillation. Impeccable diction with technical medical terms is a must to instill confidence in audience. 3) Testing of first recording with older Mexican-Spanish speakers, including at least one with low health literacy and one with technical medical knowledge. 4) Re-record with potentially two additional takes to optimize audience engagement with appropriate retesting as needed. 5) Hire and record eight additional voice actors for small 15-30 second stories. Must have voices appropriate to the stories involving older men and women. 6) Interface with programming company around inclusion of voice into video. This may require some re-recording of main voice to cope with timing issues (part of #4). I have attached preliminary translations (some changes have already been made). Note that the "stories" referenced above are not included; they'll be added later. Also, clearly some of the spreadsheet concerns translation of material presented graphically, like navigation directions, etc. (no audio recording necessary). Need your estimate of how much time (billing time and calendar time) will be required to complete the project.
