Translation From English To Bengali. Realtime and documents

Hello, I have been using a good web development team in Kolkata, west bengale India. They are speaking Bengali as their base language. I am speaking English from Vancouver, Canada. We just completed a project together and we're about to start a second project. The first project was easy to communicate because of the simplicity in functionality. However, this second project requires detailed explaining of a variety of functions. I use many visual's and screen shots to explain the work. I have also created a 17 page document (mostly visual's) to explain the project. ---------------- Job Description ---------------- To convert my overview word document on the project from English to Bengali. To come online skype for a group discussion at 10:30pm Pacific Standard Time - In group talk we will have an overview of the ENTIRE project and gather a full understanding of what is going on. I will also need your assistance during the project development for clarification and proper communication. ---------------- Mandatory ---------------- You must have excellent English skills. My web team already knows basic English but i'm looking for someone to really clear the dialog between us. Attention to detail is huge. You must understand the business fully yourself before you can explain the project to others. So we will need to review the project together.
