Hello there, I can do the work for you! The 3D model will be done in ZBrush, UVs map and texture using Maya and Substance Painter to have more flexibility in the work. I have more experience creating characters, but this is a challenge to me and sounds super fun to do. I have to add that i have knowledge on concept design and idea developement. So you want a 3D model of a scary room,right? I am the right guy for this, be it a Realistic Unreal Engine 4/Cryengine/Other PBR based engine game or a handpainted Mobile game, I can model a room With my knowledge of Architecture and 3D modelling I can make a well optimized scary room First I'll Block in the base meshes to get the composition of the scene just right Then I'll Model/Sculpt a highpoly mesh using Blender's powerful Modelling tools(I'm willing to use Cinema 4D or 3ds Max if Needed) Then I'll create the Low Poly versions of the models using Blender once again, Since the scene is mostly composed of hard surface objects, the vertex count of every object could as low as 500 verticies. And then I'll bake the High Poly Model to the Lowpoly using Xnormal/Substance Designer to retain the detail while lowering polycounts And finally I'll texture the scene, and also bake lightmaps(if the game is a mobile game) Let me know if you are interested

I have 12 years of experience creating 3D environments, assets and characters for games. I have very high standards and believe an environment should feel alive without any characters in it and this is what breathes real realism into a scene, this is especially relevant when targeting the horror genre and this takes time hence my 20 days estimate. My art style tends to be a bit gritty yet leaning towards realism this i feel makes me artistically an ideal candidate for your stylisation. I have a deep appreciation for traditional and contemporary horror, especially when it is translated to an interactive format. I am adverse in all relevant games production packages including 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter and Designer. I can ensure you that by choosing me, you will recieve a finished environment that meets both your specifications and fits in with your target audience and branding. Complete with all working files cleanly organised and in formats relevant to your targeted engine. I do actively work a full time lead/technical artist as well and i will be taking this as a side project but do not let that put you off, i am 100% committed to a project i feel passionate about and this has all the hallmarks of such a project.
