Hi there, I'd really like to know what the purpose is for you to want it re-modeled from a Rhino mesh to a 3ds Max mesh. I'm asking as I've been using Rhino professionally for more than 13 years now and if I can I'd love to help but will need to know the purpose of the conversion first and what's the matter with the exported file from Rhino.
