Tengo experiencia en el diseño de moldes de inyección. Mi trabajo anterior era diseñar faros de autos como el de la Toyota Hilux. Citroen C4 etc. con los correspondientes angulos de desmoldes para después diseñar el molde de inyección propiamente dicho. Un dato muy importante es conocer cuántos ejes de desmolde posee la inyectora. Esto permite hacer piezas inyectadas más complejas. Yo puse 2 dias en la propuesta porque imagino que es una pieza simple. Tal vez el tiempo para diseñarlo sea de 1 día. Pero no lo sé. porque no conozco el diseño. y el caso que disponga de algún centro de mecanizado le puedo agregar un programa CNC para que pueda fabricar el molde. saludos y gracias. estoy a su disposición. ------------------------------ I have experience in the design of injection molds. My previous job was to design headlights like the Toyota Hilux. Citroen C4 etc. with the corresponding demolding angles to then design the injection mold itself. A very important fact is to know how many axes of demolde has the fuel transfer. This allows to make more complex injected parts. I put 2 days in the proposal because I imagine it is a simple piece. Maybe the time to design it is 1 day.
