i have a plastic question that i have been trying so solve for quite some time now. I am making a dynamo-metric wrench out of plastic. the plastic has to deform a bit (4mm) near the head of the wrench in order to activate a clicking mechanism, and the torque applied is about 6-7 Nm (a fair amount of fastening) so i am looking for a plastic that can bend a bit and not strain itself too much so that the wrench can be used up to 5-10 times (life of the tool) i have looked at PC 2807, POM / Delrin, and PA66+GF. I can provide more information if needed on the concept being developed.
