I have a small but urgent project. I have a static image and I need a green line scanner, like a fingerprint scanner to go over the image from the top to the bottom. I need two similar animations, 3 second /1pass, and 3 passes in 2 seconds. Then output the animation as a *.mov and *.mp4 If you are using After Effects I will need some assistance/tutoring on how to do this also as I will be doing more of these and changing a few things later. If you know of a better ***You must be available today. and start immediately***
