Real Estate Cold Caller

Open position for someone with a positive attitude, high energy, detail-oriented, and assertive salesperson who can make calls for 4 hours per day. As a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter you will be responsible for cold calling, updating the CRM appropriately, and maintaining strict follow-up procedures. You will be responsible for reporting and achieving set production goals. For this role, we are looking for someone that: - Can work during our business hours (EST Hours) - Has previous telemarketing sales experience - Computer proficiency in using spreadsheets, dialers, CRM, etc.. - Excellent English written and verbal communications skills (Spanish is a plus) - Must be able to improvise on scripts at any time to adjust to the situation Requirements: - Own PC/Laptop - USB headset/Quiet environment - Reliable internet connection We offer $3/hr plus commissions, room for advancement, and a supportive work environment that promotes personal growth along the way.
