Need ebook on local online marketing

Hello, I'm looking for someone to write a short ebook (40-75 pages) on local online marketing. This ebook should outline how a small business owner (lawyer, doctor...etc) can establish an online presence and generate leads online using the internet. I'm looking for someone who is truly knowledgable in this subject. Also, looking for screen shots within the book that guide the business owner exactly how to get set up. Here are the subjects that need to be covered (chapters) along with some notes and details regarding the content. This is by no means definitive but what I'm thinking so far. Yes, many business owners are to busy to do this stuff and many will just pay someone but this ebook is directed at those who want to learn everything, do it themselves or don't want to pay high fees to an SEO company. This book should give them everything they need to do it themselves or give them an understanding enough to hire less expensive contractors to help them.
