Word Press Comeplete set up.

I need a word press membership site built. Site requires an email signup on all free pages, password access to free reports, paid member access area, member forums, shopping cart with payment plans, free content area (available to all). All areas to include video, audio, and pdf options to be accessed onsite and/or downloadable. I need to be able to select the 'downloadable' option in the open free and password protected free areas. Paid areas are all downloadable. Onsite contact form is required. Visitors should never have to leave the site to contact us, but should have the option to contact us through their personal email if they prefer. Free download area will need a separate landing page accessed by email, with access code input. This page will then lead to downloadable free content, which will also be accessible on directly on the content page. (Read/view/listen onsite and/or download.) Members need to be able to login from any page. Membership area needs a records page so members can track what they completed. This can be a basic 'contents' listing that members can checkmark as they complete a lesson. The links on this page should open in a new page so that members can easily update the contents page. Member forums should be accessible from all member only pages and the main page. Forums should open in a new window. Main landing page will include links to all free content and to membership and free download areas. Current article to be featured on main page, along with 'most popular' and 'new since last visit' articles. (If new since last visit is too complex, this category might be changed to new this month/week.) As new articles are posted, it would be nice if the most recent article (previous) moved automatically to the 'new since' category. Overall layout must be uncluttered and easy to navigate. A basic framework for articles is okay. Such a framework needs to include space for pictures which accepts static pictures as well as video (or an option for both where each can be turned on as needed.) With the exception of the members content page, all internal links open in the same window/tab, all external links automatically open in a new window/tab. ## Deliverables **Bidders please provide an estimate of the time required to complete this project (in hours.)** At a minimum, the landing page, email sign up form, free content(passworded) access page, and free report download page must be online and functional by Sept. 18, 2012. This can be bare-bones at that time, but must be fully functional! I will need the designer/developer to ask questions to help me select styles, etc. Tell me what you need to know in order to design what I want and make suggestions of things you feel I should include but have not mentioned. Also, chosen applicant must be willing to tell me if something I want is problematic. I will provide pictures as needed once we have settled design details. I may provide access to my stock account if I choose. I will also need a simple way to link to new content from facebook, and a way for visitors to share the site/articles (fb/twitter/google+1/stumbleupon/etc. Please suggest other media links you think beneficial.) Entire site must be accessible with a minimum of the last 3 versions of firefox and internet explorer. (Additional accessibility is welcome - safari, android, etc. but not required. If we discuss smartphone access (documented) I will pay an agreed upon bonus for additional functionality on those platforms. I am amenable to paying bonuses for extra work and for excellent work.
