Advanced Installer project

I'm looking for someone to create Advanced Installer project for my software. My software is for Windows + IIS + SQL Server. It contains two Windows services, three ASP.NET applications and drivers. Installer must check for existing installation and able to update/modify/remove installed components. Installer must support several languages App requires: - Windows Vista, 7, 8, 2008, 2008R2, 2012 or higher - IIS 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 or higher (enable feature). - .NET Framework 4.5 or higher (download and install). - SQL Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012 or higher (User can use remote SQL or install local instance). - SQL Server clrtypes (from SQL Server Feature Pack). When user run installer, he have to: - Agree to EULA. - Select components he wants to install/update. - Specify company information and other general settings. - Specify and test smtp settings. - Specify and test twitter settings. - Specify database settings, database name and test this connection. - Select existing or create new IIS websites for each of my apps and specify their parameters. - Specify app paths, admin and demo credentials. When installing, we must perform several actions: - Create or update database schema. - Modify admin/demo passwords in SQL. - Configure or create IIS websites. - Deploy web applications and data. - Apply folder permissions. - Apply selected values to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files. - Deploy or update Windows services. - Open ports in Windows Firewall. When uninstalling, user can specify if he wants: - Keep or delete [login to view URL] and app.config. - Keep or drop database.
