VSS Fix needed: Error 5094: Snapshot provider service...

We are having problems with the VSS service on MS SERVER 2008. We cannot use shadow copy with Yosemite Server backup ( or Backep exec 12 before but now not installed ) We are willing to spend $50 max on this resolution. We are getting errors: Error 5094: Snapshot provider service encountered an unexpected error preventing the snapshot operation We have tried reregistering DLL's but no luck.
