We already have a OCR engine with batch processing which reads docs/images from local file system and classify, extracts the data and then it writes to local db, csv file or 3rd party ERP or accounting system. API can be provided for both incoming and outggoing flows to integrate with any 3rd party system. This solution can run as RPA by running the batch as cron jon peridically or based on event. We allow 2 mode of operations - - Template based OCR - AI Machine/Deep Learning based. UI is available if needed to review the docs/images processed and make corrections in the data if needed before final confirmation.
