Grazie per aver pubblicato questo progetto su Freelancer. Sono molto interessato e ho tempo per dedicarmici. Dalla lettura del documento pdf, direi che la chiave del progetto sono i processi ed il metodo per monitorarli e gestirli. Se la base del software è una struttura "classica", l'interfaccia utente mi sembra fortemente innovativa perché basata sull'interazione tra l'operatore è i compiti che deve svolgere. Quindi non più una navigazione tra tabelle in un sistema di dati organizzato verticalmente, ma una singola pagina che comunica all'operatore 'cosa c'è da fare' e che gli fornisce gli strumenti per farlo (ovviamente con l'ausilio di eventuali sotto-finestre, popover o altre possibilità fornite da Filemaker). Quanto sopra è il motivo che mi fa essere molto interessato al progetto: ho realizzato diversi progetti che in parte utilizzavano questa filosofia, ma mai in modo così spinto e mi entusiasmerebbe poterlo fare. Ho un'esperienza ventennale nello sviluppo con Filemaker. Lavorando come freelance, ho realizzato molte decine di database da zero, per gestire attività di molti tipi diversi. Lavoro in modo indipendente ma a stretto contatto con il mio cliente, al quale offro dedizione e capacità e dal quale mi aspetto supporto informativo. In order to save money I recommend to use FM Starting Point from RCC Consulting, it's a complete CRM, designed for all devices, including Web Direct, with hundreds of hours put into its development, and it is Free! Download their latest revision and check it out. If you like it, I can help you tweak it to your needs; and it will be much cheaper than doing a CRM from scratch.
