Javascript code that will manage Base64 data.

Hello, converting binary data to a Base64 string and vice versa is very easy in Javascript. In the stackoverflow link you sent me the person who asks the question wants to put the base64 file content in the href attribute of a link so he needs data-url that's why there's a size limit. If you explain what you need exactly maybe we can just use a onclick instead and we wont even need to cut the file into pieces. However if we do need to cut the file it's also an easy task in JS.
