We are designing a chrome extension that allows a recruiter to build talent pools (categories of individual profiles in groups) and send them 1:1 or 1:many text SMSs via the tool. The extension will use Twilio on the backend to provide the SMS service. The user will also be able to manage SMS conversations in the message centre also. We will already have a full stack developer who will be in charge of building all the API integrations with Twilio and other services. We need a Chrome Extension specialist to build the extension. I've attached 2 screen shots as an example. This extension will be processing thousands of SMS's per day and have hundreds of users within the first few months. We will be providing a full clickable prototype for this person/group to develop from and we have a CTO who will be directing the high level work.
