I would like to get a program developed that can return the name associated with a phone number from TrueCaller. I will create an excel spreadsheet with phone numbers that I would like to upload into the software and the software would return the Name that is associated with this number. I envisage this to be a standalone software that I can install on my Windows computer. Please advise if a development licence (API) from TrueCaller will be required and whether there is a cost involved with this directly with TrueCaller or will this be included in the cost of development.
