I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Predicting Algorithm for a shortage path from source to destination without any obstacles by keeping the record for any path from source to a destination keeping in mind that there shouldn't be any obstacles when the trip is started where it should not reroute according to the obstacles which comes during the trip where the path should be the most optimal path compared to any other path taken for that path for that particular source to destination.
