String to 2D Graphics

Visual Studio Express 2012, Visual Basic Language A given text string represents 2D graphics elements. When executed, a subroutine parses a text string of "instructions", then draws the symbols representing the instructions to a visual studio panel object. The symbols are representation of a programming language called ladder logic. The number of branches and instructions, of course, is variable, with nested branches and variable instruction sizes. The project must use the [login to view URL] methods. An example of input and output are attached to this post. The routine that generated the output has some bugs (three that I know of). I don't have time to finish the work. The code for this representation will be supplied. The project will come with a two windows forms with some test strings, a textbox, a panel and a test button. One of the forms will have the existing code. The other one will have no code. The You may choose to finish the existing work, or write new code. If you choose to finish the existing work, I will send an explanation of how the existing code works. Programming Rules: I need to move your code into my much larger project. I need to be able to understand how the code works. Code must be very well documented in English (good comments). Variables are CamelCase. Variable names with acronyms are bad. Variable names must be descriptive. For example: CHL_counter is a bad name because you and I have no idea what it means. CharacterLineCounter is much better. When placing your bid, please be careful. This may not be as easy as it looks! While drawing some lines on a panel is not difficult, it is a little more difficult dealing with variable user input it (nests and instruction sizes). Your work will not need to identify bad user input because the string will already be verified error free. Thanks for bidding!
