The goal of this project is to realize an asp.net (VB.NET) application that will works with an existent MS ACCESS DB to manage the invoices of a PMI The database has 10 tables Agent: with login information Bank: a list of different banks Customers: the list of all our customers Contract: list of contract Contract_details: list of the services sold in every contract Invoice: list of invoices Invoice_details: list list of the services sold in every invoice Paymenth_method: list of paymenth method Portal: list of web portals Services: list of service used in Contract_details and Invoice_details Every table should be managed by a table view and for every table we should add, modify or remove entries. customers From the detail form we need to be able to view the contracts and invoices associated with the customer contracts It must be possible to retrieve contracts per year , number, salesman and in the detail form we should be able to find the list of invoices issued invoices Each invoice must be associated with a contract and a customer. Each invoice can have one or more date of payment , and for each date of payment there must be management of the individual payments. The program for each invoice must be able to print . invoice . PDF ( emailing ) . Payment reminder . 4 Different letters for missed payments For every month should be possible to find unpaid bills or date of payment not payed Commissions For each invoice by the program must calculate only the fees that must be paid to sales agents All reports and tables should be exported to Excel We provide Access database with all the fields and their functions The project must be done in writing in ASPNET 4.0 VBnet must be provided the source code and programming requires a very clear and well commented code During the project it will be possible to view the current program (written in Classic ASP) and the project will be considered completed only after all of the features in the current program will be recreated in the new one.
