I spent last year working as a Software Development Engineer in Test for Microsoft. I was testing an enterprise scale website that served as a CMS for a VOD service. I was involved in creating an extensive Coded UI framework which included creating a representation of the website's pages in C# classes. This allowed for more readable code and no automated capturing was used (which is the common practice for Coded UI). I could approach this project in a similar way, especially if the website's structure is relatively simple. The result will be a far more time-efficient solution as well as more maintainable code.
