Quiz Application for MACOS

I need a Quiz based application with following features: 1) Left side menu for Category and each category will have sub-category. Software should work in such a way so that I can create this category and sub-category later using basic knowledge for updating purpose. 2) Middle will be space for Display contents inside the category or subcategory. Contents will be mostly text, graphs and images. Like Power point presentation and book plan text page. Each sub-category will have more than 8-10 pages to display. There will be next and forward button to go back or forward to view pages. 3) One the right side menu user will be able to take notes for any paragraphs from all category which he can type using keyboard. When he go back to his notes he will see all of them and when click on any of the notes, automatically the category or subcategory paragraphs will show up with his note. There will be another section name library where user can simply bookmark any text from the Display for future use. 4) Finally a separate column for quiz where people can apply for exam.
