Booking / ecommerce script We need someone to help to create a new simple e-commerce web site for Small Serviced Apartments / hotel Business for one location, 2 rooms in all at the moment * Ability to add more rooms in a future * Ability also add extra locations in a near future. Front end: Able to pages show and list what the service apartment & hotels service provides / about us / contact us pages and etc Function where web viewer could added themselves into the database for further contact and promotion Function where user can submit personal information for us to contact them * Email link to friends would be a great. Booking online function with admin section. -Must be able to show rooms on a calendar and people can book online. -Able to show if room is available or taken -Able to let customer to submit time that intention to check in / and check out & personal details / contact number etc -Able to link with online payment gateways. -Able to give customer a option to pay by phone - Able to change the service cost base on the day of the week or month -Able to alert the admin by email (or even sms gatway or some sort would be great) If any booking or contact has been make over the web - Able to have a auto response to generate booking number and confirm details the booking for the customer. - Able to sort booking number and other customer details on the database - Optional automatic send out tax invoice system would be great with booking number etc. -and somehow in a future can use the database for contact future contact and future promotion. -link to the admin mail box (either it is built in or link to a external url web mail ) -and we can able to have the copy right for the scripts. Design needs to be very easy to be notify either by you or someone else in a future Contact directcom for more details, Examples of previous apps or one that is free from Web or a existing script where you can notify would be help, we happy to purchase existing script and have you to modify only if the script is not costly per license . Prefer in house script or modify from a budget or free source php script with mqsql dababae because we only have a unix host with cpanel Other existing script which can run on UNIX host would be considered. If any existing script that already close to what required and needs to run on window host , we will purchase window host for the requirement . Price including supply of source code or ability where you or us can modify in a future with initial installation. We partnered with a Australian own and base IT online company, successful person will built a relationship with us with heap of work to come. if price submit is out of unreasonable .we would like to taking up suggestion . we have looked phpmyhotels script but it might not able do what we needs , all suggestion is welcome .
