30 PR3+ One Way Links

Experienced link builder needed to provide approx 30 PR3+ RELEVANT one way inbound links to a web page of ours about GMAT exams. You will be supplied with the link and required anchor text. Payment will be $4 per link so my max budget is $120 for this project.
