PR 8 links required

need text links on strong sites for following niches: - SEO, internet, - travel - classified ads I would be interested in PR7 and PR8 only links, based on the ALL of following conditions: 1. Only links from related sites are accepted (see above, have to be approved from us) 2. One way links. 3. Permanent links or longterm monthly 4. The link page indexed minimum PR7 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical job, only direct static links. 5. Links from guestbooks, blogs, FFA, forums, instant links, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty are not acceptable. 6. The linking page has to have no more than 20 outbound links. 7. One link per domain, all from different IP adresses. 8. I will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable. 9. Theme related sites would be preffered (seo, internet, seo, travel, classified ads, edu) but some of a general subject are fine as well 10. Links should be Anchor text link, 11. Most sites should be in Europe and USA. Avoid links on Indian sites. 12. Site must be in English language You have to use Excel to included all the proposed links.
