120 real estate links total - 80 Homepage links and 40 deep links. Must be WHITE HAT and experienced in real estate linking! Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website (three-way links ok) - The page our link is placed on must be PR3+ (at least 30 PR 5) and related to Real estate - There must be no more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (to be provided to winning bidder) - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics - Link page should be only from English language sites - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links - No scraper sites, mirror sites - No sites banned by google. - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses - deployment of the links over 3-4 weeks 2. Non reciprocal, one way, not paid 3. Links will be from relevant site related right through the topic 4. Links will meet with your PR requirement 5. Links will be not from directory, article submission, forum posting/signature, blog 6. Links will contain the target keywords as a text hyper link 7. Links would not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted). 18. Link page will be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, within frames etc. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] 19. Link pages would have been cached within past 30 days by Google 20. All the link will be from total white hat technique 21. Only ethical work will be provided All links must be approved before you place the link. Please send me an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR, Site Name and Site Type. I'll provide the title/anchor text for our website. The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT. Payment will be made once all links are verified.
