I am looking for someone that can create an adsense ready and profitable website or blog with original content and significant traffic. I will register the domain name and obtain the hosting. I will need you to suggest the name which should be based upon the content. The Topic or content is your choice…..and any niche or topic is fine….Gambling, Adult or Pharmaceutical is not allowable…….Obviously, the site must comply with the Google Adsense Terms of Service…….. The Site or Blog should : • Be Adsense Optimized; • Earn a minimum of $30.00 to $40.00/day or a minimum of $1,000 to $1,500/month; • Contain content that is original and SEO Applied; • Contain unique content with at least 25 posts or articles that are not published (if website is a blog); • Contain images or graphics related to the website topic; • Be Wordpress or Joomla based (preferably); • Should load and display quickly; • Be designed with cleanly and the pages should not appear cluttered; • Contain steady and growing traffic that is driven by 100% WHITE HAT methods, No buy Sites…….NO BOTS ALLOWE; • Contain content that will have ALL Copyrights assigned to me IN WRITING; • Have your own Adsense Account………or I will supply mine…… • If site is a blog, it should also contain an area for comments, feedback, forums and/or discussion groups; • Links to FaceBook, MySpace, and Twitter Accouts; • Link for RSS is also welcome. You should also provide a marketing plan for maintaining and increasing revenue and traffic. (i.e how do I maintain adsense earnings…… For Payment: If, you are using your adsense ID, please provide daily earnings or proof of income (day to day web analytics, Unique visitors, clicks, ad clicks, etc.)…..If earnings and traffic are steady and/or increasing to the level requested, I will provide 100% payment. If you are using my adsense ID, I will provide to you with the Google Adsense reports so that you can verify your progress. For any 30 day period where earnings exceed, $1,200.00, I will provide an additional bonus payment of 10%for the next 12 months…….
