Convert educational documentation into multiple choice quizzes

We want to convert the existing educational documentation (subject: agriculture) into useful elearning styled multiple choice quizzes similar to the concept of brilliant.org. The project task is to read the existing educational material (around 100 pages) and convert them into multiple choice questions and a short 1-2 sentence description of why each answer is right/wrong. Also, the freelancer will be expected to do their own additional research on the subject to create the questions / multiple choice answers / description flows Note: The selected freelancers will be given a quick test as part of the interview process.
