Scope of Work: 1) Review the Scope of Work prepared by the Users and ensure its quality and comprehensiveness. 2) Participate in Technical evaluation of bids and ensure all necessary parameters in the selection process. 3) Blueprint verification, review with end users and finalization. 4) Suggest the best practices of HCM module so as to avoid change in the standard SAP. 5) Verify the solution given by the implementer and ensure that the standard processes in Success Factor are implemented. 6) Doing the first level testing in the system to ensure that all the processes implemented are covering the Blueprint. 7) Review Segregation of Duty matrix 8) Ensure that all the deliverables from the blueprint are completed and tested thoroughly along with the power user. 9) Assisting and facilitating the Power User during UAT and training. 10) Support and guide the Power Users and end users during the hyper-care phase.
