The mission of this project is to sell one week of yachting holiday on a Oceanis 37 yacht during the event "Saint James Maritima", on the week 26 of July to 2nd of august 2014, departure from the island of Procida, closest airport in Naples Italy. Brand: Saint James Maritima Our activity consists in organizing high quality yachting holidays in the Mediterranean (in Italy & France), following 2 different routes. 2. Concept: Glamorous yachting holidays 10 to 20 yachts sailing together, following a route 100 person, international, working, upper class, 25 + years old (25 to 35 in average) 50% women at least, people selected among bookers, all backgrounds (artists, entrepreneurs, luxury managers, cameramen, bloggers, traders etc.) 14 different nationalities in 2013: Each day we sail to a new city Nights are the time for meeting people and have diners and parties Days is the time for doing sports (beach volley or soccer, yoga, watersports (wakeboard, kitesurf, windsurf)) and discover (visit towns and islands where we stop)) 3. Yacht fleet Yacht or catamaran from 40 to 70 feet Yachts are made of double bed private cabins for 2 people Yacht are made of 3 to 4 cabins per yacht Each yacht has: - An outdoor living room with a lunch table - An outdoor shower for after sea swimming - Indoor living room with table and sofas - Indoor kitchen with fridge, gas cooker - Indoor various bathrooms (up to 1 private bathroom per cabin (catamaran and yacht above 52 feet) / one bathroom for 2 cabins at least) 4. Prices Prices for one week of Saint James Maritima vary from 769 EUR vat included to 1199EUR vat included (849EUR vat included in average). Sales recognition As bookings can be made directly from people attending the event, we ask people who have booked what was their sales contact in order to direct commissions to the salesperson In any case we recommend our sales people to send an e-mail for claiming commissions on their prospects (list of prospect) or to manage the booking for their clients by themselves on the website (very easy to use) The best way for our sales people to make sure they will not miss any commissions is for them to gather the money from their clients on their company / professional account and to make the payments for their clients directly to us discounting the commission.
