At Square Social we offer professional social media management on a small business budget. We are a fresh, rapidly growing Norfolk based startup. We are looking to work with experienced sales people to help us capture market share in various locations across the U.K We currently have a 70% face to face closing ratio and a 63% telesales closing ratio. We currently sell a social media service for between £300-500 p/m. We have a 92% retention rate. We are also branching out into SEO from January, offering a combined social search package to all current and new clients. We are offering full time and part time positions to suit. Requirements: - Must have sold a B2B service before - 6 months telesales experience - Heavily target driven - UK based - Responsive All applicants must pass an initial telephone interview demonstrating basic sales competency, full training will be given from there. The first two weeks you will be required to close a minimum number of sales (3) to pass a trial period. From this point you'll qualify for a basic salary and progressive commission and benefit structure on top of this (including laptop and phone).
