Business Development - COMMISSION ONLY

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, to generate new leads and source clients for our London based creative agency. The position will suit someone with an independent approach to business development and a focus on building long term relationships; engaging with, and educating business owners, marketing executives and marketing teams on the benefits of our services. The role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build trusted relationships with SME business owners from a variety of sectors. The candidate will have an understanding of our services in branding, website design, digital marketing and design for print. Responsibilities will include: Proactively source suitable businesses Closing warm leads Negotiating fees, terms and closing deals Building relationships with UK SME owners Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs You… – are a proactive communicator – have the ability to communicate without jargon – instinctively look to always help those around you – are a confident facilitator, able to come to conclusions without ego or bias – enjoy variety and have the ability to switch – are always striving to make things better – have the ability to understand our business requirements and our clients – have the ability to work under pressure, with high attention to detail – have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team – are naturally honest and dependable – have good spoken English, are polite and friendly. Please note this is a commission only role with no base salary. As such we offer a generous commission, offering a very high potential earning for those that can prove their skill.
