PetCare Express, Inc. is a Veterinary Vaccine and Microchipping company. We seek to establish new business partnerships with targeted, pet related businesses in the CT, R.I. and the greater NYC area. This job involves writing a first rate, effective B2B offering of professional in store/on site services. The main objective of this invitation is to open up a line of communication to discuss the potential benefits of adding PetCare Express, Inc. Veterinary Vaccine Service to the store's monthly business event offerings. The invitation will include a separate brochure (we already have this) detailing our services, so no need to reiterate any specifics in the invitation. The following questions need to be answered and points need to be made, followed by a call to action. (A). What is PetCares Express, Inc. and what do we do? PetCare Express, Inc. is a Mobile Veterinary Vaccination and Microchipping service. We conduct mini-vaccination and micro-chipping clinics inside pet related businesses which have a retail storefront, and wish to host our clinics. (B). How do PetCare Express' in-store, mini-vaccination clinics work? One of our custom vans will arrive within a certain window of time, and then our uniformed crew will promptly set up at the appointed location (inside the store preferably if it is a store which allows pets on leashes/in carriers inside the store - (most Pet related businesses do allow pets inside) or alternatively, out in front of the store with enough space to set up and operate. Our professional teams of four include: (a). A State Licensed Veterinarian, (b). A Team Manager, (c). A Cashier, and (d). A Veterinary Assistant. All team members are well trained in customer service and are very professional. (C) Where does the PetCare Express Team set up? We prefer to be inside because there will be time so the year when weather is an issue, but if the property lends itself to a tent set up out front, we do have all weather event tents that are Easy-Ups and can be set up/taken down in mins. Our teams are fast and efficient, usually setting up and being ready for business within 15 mins. of arrival. When we leave, we are very careful to remove all medical waste and garbage generated during the clinic. We are very careful and meticulously attentive to clean up. (D). What services does PetCare Express offer at the mini-clinics? PetCare Express, Inc. offers a wide range of dog, cat and ferret vaccines, including Rabies vaccinations, all administered by a State Lic. Veterinarian "on site" while customers shop or have a short wait. PetCare Express, Inc. also sells a limited range of prescription and non-prescription Pet Care medications such as Heartguard and Comfortis, and does some wellness testing: ex. heart worm/fecal/deworming tests with blood samples being collected on site. (E) How often does the service take place at each host business location? The service usually takes place once a month at first, with additional clinics being added on an "as needed" basis, depending on the location's volume. (F) What are the benefits for the host business in hosting a PetCare Express mini-vaccination clinic? These clinics realistically draw 30, 40 sometimes up to 70 pet owners to the host business within the span of 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and the service is an asset to the host business and to the community. The host business receives immediate compensation in the form of a percentage of every ticket PetCare Express Inc. generates during that clinic. ZERO out of pocket expenses to the store owner to host a clinic for PetCare Express., Inc. Objective: To form new business partnerships that lead to a contractual agreement to host clinics for PetCare Express, Inc.
