For someone that is already vegan this should not take long at all- you will be asked to fill in the info into our pre-defined form, by our criteria/questions, about being a vegan in your country. Hello, this topic is directly connected to me. i am a vegetarian. Part of my reason for choosing this path of life is not only to prevent exploitation of animals but to leave healthy. Well-planned vegan diets follow healthy eating guidelines, and contain all the nutrients that our bodies need. A wide variety of products are available for vegans in my local market.
