Solidworks + Keyshot. That's the combination that was used to do the sample you sent. The assembly was built in Solidworks and exported to the Keyshot rendering engine. It's only Keyshot that could possibly give that rendering with the texts and exploded views like that. I've done that particular rendering for a conveyor belt assembly
