Hi, I think I am best suited for this task. Believe it or not it is just recently that I was able to set up a local ERPNext installation on my virtual CentOS 7 server. Since you seem to be interested in knowing how to do this yourself my approach would be to schedule a teamviewer or anydesk session where we can do the setup on your environment. I am familiar with many Linux distros so it doesn't have to be necessarily CentOS 7 but according to ERPNext guidelines a fedora or debian distro will do. Looking forward to your response.
