Parse zip files to fill an Excel spreadsheet

I have an Excel format file which on sheet 1 has 4471 filenames along with other data. I want to cycle through a folder of zip files finding any matching filenames. If there is a match then firstly I want to fill a column called zip32 with the CRC of this file, one column in this first sheet contains the amount of files in the zipfile. Then on a separate sheet of the same spreadsheet I want to list the files from inside the zipfiles, along with the CRC32 of these files. These will later be converted into a Database. As we are working with an excel format file then Python will be used and Pandas or similar spreadsheet tool. If entries already exist data should not be erased, only appended. Attached is all the files in the first page but only a couple of details entered manually along with some sample zip files (there are over 4,700 in total). The command line should be [login to view URL] <excel_filename_in> <excel_filename_out> it will be executed in the folder with the zip files
