I would like to convert a matlab program into python. It is about digital ultrasound analysis for thoracic septum for neonates. Generally, the program load a video, takes some measurements from video, extracts m-mode image from video, analyzes the m-mode image and makes some measurements about the thoracic septum. I have done the QUI and some of the buttons such as load video, load m-mode image, play video.
