Hi, We are a new startup looking for a Vietnamese business jurist who can support us with legal advice now and then when needed. We are now looking for a second opinion about a law issue in the rental contract. How can we protect our business by adding a condition saying we have the right to renew the contract in case property ownership shifts to another party? It means the new owner will be attached to this term of contract when purchasing the warehouse.
