Edit my incoherent transcribed text into a coherency

So I have a few audios that I converted into a document, but the writing is incoherent since it's transcribed from my talks. The talks range from 10 minutes long to 40. Once again, it's already been transcribed, but since the program that transcribes it isn't perfect, it doesn't add the grammar. So I just need someone to fix grammatical mistakes (a shit ton) and edit any words that my program didn't transcribe the right way. This is just a trial and if you do a great job and are consistent, I will definitely hire you to complete my other videos ( I have around 30 that needs editing). So it's a long term gig BUT I require these qualities in a candidate and will be continually monitoring it during our first work together: 1. Timing of response: I need someone who is responsive outside of freelancer. 2. Okay at editing: You don't need to be a pro., just know how to edit text into a readable format. 3. Efficiency: I need someone who starts and finishes a job. On the files below you're going to see what I'm talking about. The audio has already been transcribed but as you'll see, the transcription isn't that good haha so I'll need you to read through it as you listen to me speak and make the corrections accordingly.
