While I do not use a Mac, I am used to editing novels, and my production time per chapter is generally less than a day, as I can edit and review 2,000 words per hour. Your project shouldn't take me but a few hours. If you are wondering why my rate is so cheap, it is because I have not yet completed my degree in English, so my normal rate is $1 per 200 words. I, of course, do not vary from this rate, even if it puts it below your budget.
